Products
Adopting an AC motor, PRSK AC cross flow fan operates stably with direct connection to mains power. The robust structure ensures durability and cost-effectiveness, making it ideal for high-temperature and high-humidity industrial environments. It delivers a wide, uniform airflow and is widely used in air conditioner indoor units, air curtains, and commercial refrigerators.
Equipped with a brushless DC motor, PRSK DC cross flow fan saves 60%–70% energy compared to traditional AC fans, with noise as low as 30 dB(A). It supports PWM or 0–10 V precise speed control for flexible operation. With no brush wear, it offers extended service life and is suitable for high-end home appliances, automotive air conditioning, and precision electronics cooling.
The PRSK cross flow fan wheel / impeller is manufactured from high-strength aluminum alloy, with blades precision-stamped for consistent geometry. Each unit undergoes dynamic balancing in accordance with JB/T 9101-2014, achieving balance quality grade G6.3, with radial runout strictly controlled within 0.3 mm, ensuring smooth operation, minimal vibration, and extended service life. The aluminum alloy construction offers excellent temperature resistance and fatigue strength, making it ideal for high-speed, high-temperature, or continuous-duty applications.
