Production system

Our production system is based on clearly defined manual workstations arranged in a logical process flow. Each workstation has a visual work instruction and a dedicated operator. The main stages are: material preparation → manual assembly / processing → in-line visual inspection → final packing.

All operators receive structured training before starting work, and critical roles require a skill certification renewed every six months. Workstations follow 5S principles (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain) to keep the workspace organized and reduce errors.
