1. Strict Incoming Inspection – Quality Starts at the Source
All purchased key components must provide certificates of conformity upon arrival and undergo re-inspection by our quality team. Only after all necessary quality indicators are verified are materials released for production. Any non-conforming batch is rejected in full without compromise.

2. Rigorous Process Control – First-Article + 100% In-Process Inspection
Before each batch goes into production, the first article must pass full dimensional and performance testing; mass production is approved only after it is confirmed qualified. Throughout the manufacturing process, our quality inspectors carry out 100% in-process checks on every workstation and every unit—no sampling gaps are allowed. At critical steps such as impeller dynamic balancing (per JB/T9101, grade G6.3), each unit is inspected to eliminate vibration and abnormal noise from the source. Assembly is also checked unit by unit to prevent any assembly deviations. Any non-conforming part is immediately marked, segregated, and traced back to its root cause, ensuring that problems are resolved on the same day and defective units never proceed downstream. Every tangential fan undergoes rigorous dynamic balancing and assembly inspection to guarantee product quality.
